Canadian with Provincial Residency Income Tax

If I obtain a Provincial Residency will I pay income tax in Canadian from my Canadian pension or will I be taxed in Dominican Republic

And the DR will not tax your pension. The Canadian Government and the Dominican Republic have a tax agreement. The Canadian Federal government will take 25% off your pension.

Of course if you cut all ties to Canada (meaning giving up any Canadian pensions that would be taxable income) then you won't be taxed by the Canadian Gov't.
Of course if you have taxable income from other Canadian sources then you haven't cut all ties to Canada.
