Yes, there is a neighborhood here in Santiago called Bella Vista, and with your friend?s name you should be able to locate them. There is also a phone book for the country. All of the neighborhoods here are fairly small, many only a few blocks wide, and the folks, especially in the barrios that are predominantly homes and not apartments, know each other. Also, if you have an address, house number, that will help. When you arrive, get a taxi, have him take you to the barrio and ask around. A description of the person is good also.
