US company own Dominican Medical PC?

In a question: Can a US entity either directly or through creation of a wholly owned subsidiary (domnican based) own a Medical Corporation in D.R.?

Therefore, hire Dominican-licensed physicians to perform services (elective surgery) and share in the fees?
