Business Tax Rate

Oddly enough I did do a search for 'tax' and no threads came up.

My question is what is the rate of tax and how is it tabulated?

This is for work done in the RD and billed out of the RD.

How do you rate the tax when you are billing for a service and the service is for out of country customers?

ie. computer work done on-line in the RD but done for a company in the US and billed from the RD

Do you pay the 28% flat tax on the amount you billed? and then include the payroll tax on top of that?

I'm not sure on that jrf. But I guess I have a tax question of my own jrf. If I bill to the US $20,000 for exported agro products from DR to US and I paid $12,000 (CIF) for the goods in DR, what would be my taxes in DR. This example is for a Corparation C x A thats not in the Franco Zona?
