Most of the OFF airport rent car places are ok to rent from, I usually rent cars from them and never had a problem, just work out the price with them and check the vehicule for past damages with them before you drive the car.
I am sure that they are a reputable place to rent however, I always find it best just to grab a taxi to run around. The price is right and they locals know they best routes to get you to your destination.
