First off the charger. Go towards Puerta Plata to Charamicos. Just past Caribe Tours on the main road in Charamicos is a store called Copy Copy. You can get the charger there.
Next the keys. Just past this store about 100 meters is a locksmith. You will see the sign. It is on the same side. You can walk from one to the other.
I have used the key/locksmith guy that SKY is talking about and he has been the only one able to make duplicate keys (home, auto, safe) for me correctly the first time and every time. The guy is a gem.
