WiFi Locations in Baharona
I assume you are talking about Barahona as opposed to Baharona. Most of the DR1 locals who know the area well would be more likely to see it if you post the question in the South West Coast forum (and spell the name correctly 
).
I have only visited the area twice, and am not aware of WiFi. This is one of the least developed areas of the country, so I'm not sure what you will find. I can tell you that there is an internet cafe adjacent to the Parque Central.
