Good Day to all. I have a contact center and I need a generic amonestacion por incumplimineto for one of my sales staff. The agents is not meeting its sales quota and I need to get prepare to fire them and since he has been with me for over 3 month It was suggested to register complaints to la secretaria. Does any one have a copy of a amonestacion that don't mind sharing.

While you can build a huge file at the secretar?a, it won't do you much good if the employee charges you with Unjust Firing. the courts always (99.8%) side with the employees over the rich employers.
