Visa Question....Living here in DR

An American friend of mine that lives here in the DR with me is interested in gettinmg a K3 visa for her husband. Is the priocess difficult to do from here? Has anyone else done the process from here? Thanks.

Also, what is the average waiting time for the K1 and K3?

Oh ok...thanks....I guess she has to go the K3 route...

Anyone know how hard it is to do it from here instead of the US?

It's not any harder than doing from the US except that you will need a good reliable way to send and receive mail to and from the US. DO NOT rely on the Dominican mail system. Other than that it is a very very long process, at least two years and maybe three.
