Bus La Romana to San Pedro de Macoris about 50 mins, then bus San Pedro to Boca Chica about 30 mins

It usually takes me a bit over an hour by car from La Romana to the airport, so Boca Chica would be about 10 minutes less. It also could vary depending on where in La Romana you are, as it takes 10-15 minutes to drive across town, depending on traffic. Driving from Casa de Campo would take longer than from somewhere on the West end of town.
