What would be the benifits of forming a Panama corp. in regards to a land sale by a Dominican Corp. owned by Americans. What tax benifits would there be.

It seems there is a 30% capital gains tax on the profits from a sale of land in the D.R. Is there a way to reduce this? Any suggestions?
