They can be researched at the official records office in the area where the marriage took place. However, if you don't have friends or family here or can't do it yourself you will need to find someone, typically a lawyer or private investigator. I have a friend who is a p.i. here who may be able to do it. He is American and trustworthy. Send him a private mesage - lajackel.
Also, be advised that there are many lawyers and pi's here that will gladly take your money and do nothing in return for it, or worse, negotiate with the person whom you are researching and purposely not find anything.
