Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, and I am trying to find out how a friend can ring here to a mobile what codes will she have to ring? She lives in puerto plata and can not get through to us on our mobiles. Just wondered if anyone could helpwith the dialling codes, Thanks Karen:

If someone from the DR is dialing to the USA or Canada...
All they have to do is dial 1+(area code)+(phone number)
If they are dialing from the DR to UK or Europe..
I believe they have to dial 011+(country code)+(phone number)
