I know that San Jose de Ocoa was devastated by Tropical Storm Noel and that it was inaccessible for at least a week after because of road and bridge damage. I was hoping to visit in mid December and was just wondering whether anyone knew if the roads and bridges were repaired and if you could reach the town in a non four wheel drive vehicle. Thanks.
