Horse riding and Swimming with Dolphins

I'm off to the Dominican Republic in a couple of weeks and I've heard that you can do horse riding and swim with dolphins, does anyone know if you can do these things and if so, how much they cost and where u do them.

Just got back from Punta Cana, and Manati Park offered swimming with dolphins for $65 USD.
