Looking for Piper in DR

My daughter is getting married in DR next year. I would like to find someone who plays the Scottish Highland Bagpipes to pipe at the wedding. Any info would be great!:ermm:

There might be Spanish pipers here, or a Scot expat that brought his pipes over here.

I would ask at Casa de Espana in Santo Domingo first...
