Coconut Water is it good for you?

In the past six months that i have been living here I have noticed many Dominican men drinking Coconut Water regular.

Can some one please explain to me the the nutritional value it has if any... without attacking me.

In addition to its nutritional value, coconut water is a natural laxitive. And considering certain Dominican's such as JC, this is absolutely essential to keep him from backing up and poisoning himself.

If there is a concern about impure water, coconut water is the safest thing you can drink.

maybe most of you know this trick

young drinking coconuts, when their is only about a 1/4 inch
or less of "meat" inside of a filmy consistancy can be struck
against the tree and the stem pops out

then you drink the milk

it is like ready canteens- try it, it's fun
