#2, in my book, would be the place at Camp David, way up on the mountain (809 583 5230)
Night life? Lots of restaurants and discos and bars to hang in.c
Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Thai, Hungarian, Spanish and Dominican and Angus houses too, with Argentinian to boot.
Also a Casino at the Hotel Matum(not recommended).
