I am glad to see that hybrids will still be allowed and not only pure electric vehicles.

And all of this will be done by citizens from a Country that ranks in worst 10% of education. Many with the level of common sense that borders between ________ and _________. These individuals will help run this new "SMART" Island. And all of this with traditional blackouts even in the 24/7 areas (btw these areas don't really exist- the realtors thought it up). This is awesome!

This will give us a good time span of economic data to debate the economy of the DR in regards to what many here posted.

We will compare side by side the data from the start year to the end year and see what really happened.

    It will very, very interesting...

A ten year window is pretty irrefutable and incontestable, although I assume some will attempt to discredit the statistics as provided.

i happen to like PICHARDO, because he is the kind of guy with whom you can disagree and be safe in the belief that he will be cordial to the end. however, he is as slick as a greased rattlesnake, and you have to keep a close eye on his numbers, or he will run you ragged.

A decade of solid data is factual beyond doubts.
