But, the DR cannot have it both ways.

I pointed out the fallacy of the statement “good for the environment” by suggesting the sources of where that power will/may be derived from.....coal.

    Nothing more/nothing less.

Anything after your first sentence is irrelevant to the matter at hand, has no DR content.....and merely highlights your real agenda.

Thanks, buddy. I'm answering a year late but better late than never. Pichardo can point to the product of massive global central bank intervention and claim victory. In his book, the ends will always justify the means. So, if adversely tinkering the global economy via interest rate manipulation gets the job done, then so be it. If you get brand new buildings, Porsche dealerships, a Marriott here and there, then the job has been done correctly.

His analysis is only skin deep barely looking beyond. There's no depth there. Like minded folks will love his dog and pony show. They see the surface and are satisfied. Substance is not their plate. Those of us who seek depth look beyond the surface and see if the foundation is solid. If it is not, we question the stability of what appears to be solid. We ask question like: Can it last? What is holding this up? Are there social, economical, historical precedents which have shown similar surface structures yet the underlying foundation is rotted?

We ask sustainability questions. We ask consequential questions? "If this, then what if that" lines of reasoning pervade our thoughts. It stems from a desire to get to the bottom of things. It also shows up in our frustration with Pichardo groupthink tactics. These suppress critical thought by appealing to the masses via circus displays of progress. We try to get the message out but when we go up against pretty pictures of shiny new buildings, our contrarian viewpoint usually falls on deaf ears.
