I've been to the POP area 5 times in the last 2 years and my opinion as to finding a house for rent is to simply go there, stay at a B&B or small resort and look around yourself.
Is this for a long term or short term rental? How about in the Cabarete area? I have a house for rent, 2 bedroom with terrace and sundeck, lcoated in a private community.
