Just wondering what the water temp is this time of year.....do I need to bring a wet suit for diving? I tend to get cold easily. Will I do OK with no suit or just a long sleeve jacket?

Thanks!

Wet suit. 5 or 7mm I suggest. Some hardy souls can get by with 3mm. Jacket would be Ok if your legs don't get cold easily!!

I swim two to three hours a day and snorkel twice a week to thirtyish feet with just swim shorts...thats three hours in the water and have never been cold. It's a laugh to see these "divers" suited up for a 60' dive. neoprene and all. Mind you it seems they all smoke, so that may play havoc on their circulation.

As an ex instructor I found the more I dived the colder I got, so I must admit at this time of year I was in a 7mm suit. Mind you that was 2 one hour dives in the morning and 3 hours in the pool each afternoon. And at this time of year I was freezing!!!
