Qualton Club Sosua

I know about the beach being contaminated here, but from what I've read, there are free shuttles on the hour to Sosua Beach (where I'd rather go anyway) and Casa Marina Beach(stayed there last time) as well..The reviews that are up seem to get better with time. Has anyone been there lately that can provide some up-to-date info ? The all-inclusive rate I was quoted there for 6 nights is less than it would cost me to stay home !!!

If you are talking about the resort named "Puerto Chiquito", about 5 minutes before Sosua, coming from POP... then I stayed there in May this year and it's absolutely wonderful!! Very large resort, alot of walking and beautiful landscape! Secluded and private.. rooms large and clean, food the same as any other all-inclusive, staff friendly and accomodating. Yes, there is a bus to and from Sosua beach every hour from the main reception area. Didn't know the beach was contaminated there, it was fine in May.
