Air Dominicana (Santo Domingo) is a new prospective airline forming in the Dominican Republic as the new flag carrier of the country. It is planning to operate Boeing 737s on flights to Central America and the United States. The company was formed with the Dominican Republic government controlling 40 percent of the stock. The other 60 percent is controlled by private investors. Juan Jose (Pepe) Hidalgo of AirEuropa (Palma de Mallorca) was named the President.

oH boy! for what?

When comes to a start up dominican airlines you guys always have to say something about it...Come on give it a chance to this start up airlines might be real, the only problem was with a dominican airlines was that they were in catogory 2, which means that aircraft based in Dominican Republic were not allowed to fly to United states. But now that problem is fix and its about time that we need an carrier based. Si eres Dominicano deberia de apoyar esta Aerolinea.
