Real Estate In Santiago???

I am planning on moving to Santiago next year but everywhere I look whether it be this website or others only offer real estate listings in Santo Domingo,Sosua,Cabarete, and Puerto Plata

O.K guys one more question in regards to the whole real estate thing. I wanted to know what type of downpayments are required(in terms of %)or up to how much finance can one get from the bank?

I do know that bank rate's are much higher than over here in the states, but I want to buy an apt,maybe 2 or 3 depending on how much cash has to come out of my pocket.

i want to use the least amount of cash possible but I read somewhere that banks will only finance up 80% of the overall deal, is that true??

I hope not because if it is that surely alters my whole purchasing process.
