Just wondering if anyone flying out of Halifax has any suggestions/experience on the best time to book from Halifax to Puerto Plata. We are planning to leave around April 20 and I seem to recall last year that prices were significantly lower once April rolled around. The resort we want to stay at (Gran Ventana) is priced around $798 plus tax right now....2 years ago we paid $600 plus tax but booked 3 months in advance.
Just not sure if we should book now or hold out until the last minute. If anyone booked last year in April, I would really appreciate knowing what the resort selection and prices were like at that time. Thanks.
