Perhaps you will have better luck if you post this in the North coast forum as thats where these 2 cities are located.
Hopefully one fo the mods will move these into the appropriate section so you will receive the advice you are seeking.
Thank you for your concern. It was a mistake. I have put a listing in the appropriate section. (It's ironic but I did receive a reply anyway about a place to stay in Santiago from the Santo Domingo listing.)
