Hello All. Currently I live in Australia. I have 99.99 % up time for both power and ADSL 2+2 (I think 2.4 MB/S). There is no such thing as a brown out here.
Exception would be a storm taking out HV transmission lines or transformer station. Happened in summer of 06.
My computers are on line 24/6 - if in the US time zone 24/5. My computers trade currencies automatically and I position trade also but this only requires maybe 10 minutes / day around 5 pm New York or 00:00 GMT.
Where, and /or how, in DR could I get this reliability ? I don't want the beach. I need at least 200 ft above sea level. I have seen what a Tsunami can do, then there is global warming and all of that serious stuff.
Any help dearly appreciated. Thanks to others who have responded to previous questions
