For those of you interested the Dominican Multicultural Foundation is hosting the Festival de la India. On on 20 April 2008 from 5pm to 9pm. The activities will be held here: Leonardo Da Vinci No. 20, El Renacimiento, Santo Domingo, R.D.
The event will include Indian food, Music and Indian Videos, a fashion show, introduction to Indian religions and cultures and health and yoga information. There will also be information on the next excursion to Indian (scheduled for 31 August). Here is an excerpt from the official release:
