Western Union OUTsourcing to DR!

This should be a good opportunity for the Union to start up another company in competition with Western Union, don't you think?
When the US$ to RD$ was at 15-16 to 1, Western Union was giving RD$13.25-14 to 1 on incoming MO's. That plus their normal charges for handling the transfers.
If that wasn't considered tobe a 'rip-off" I don't know what is.
Since that time, I have NEVER used WU for anything.

They're nothing but a thieving bunch of crooks.
