i'm visiting the riu resort next week (yayyyy) staying in the riu Mambo for 2 weeks..... has anyone been? got any tips? any advice? anything would be appreciated - thanks!!!!
I would greatly appreciate any advise about the Riu Mambo as I will be staying this weekend starting Thursday. My buddy and I will be flying in to STI. Let me know if anyone wants to share a taxi to Puerto Plata on Thursday early afternoon.

It's a nice resort. You have full exchange privilages with The Riu Merengue and Riu Bachata. You are a little far from puerto plata city. However there are lots to do at the resort. They do have 24 hour Bars and a casino/night club on the complex.
