water sport?

Last time that i was in Sosua , i did not see any jet ski on the water why? somebody told me that it's not allowed to jet ski in sosua bay because of divers? can i bring my jet ski with me in Sosua? will be use to explore the area vs speeding like crasy on the water.

i understand that it's hard to separate the good from the bad riders .Even if i have to pay the price for the stupid ones outhere.I do agree of keeping all beach as quiet as possible! So i will have to find an other way of droping my catching fishes basket into the water or finding and exploring the Sosua cost with out having to pay millions$$ to some one.
