Yes, good news for me especially, i live just 10 minutes for Atlanta Hartsfield jackson international airport if i drive from where i live here in Midtown, or 30 Minutes if i take "MARTA" :bunny:

After i exit the airport in Santiago is a 15 minutes drive home :bunny:

Ok guys i was talking to an delta agent and they told me that soon they going to publish a letter telling that they going to operated full schedules these routes.;)

lets not put a bad-eye on the good thing going for us people who are the beneficiaries of atl-sti route. This is the route I have been waiting for all my life. This will solve all of my problems. Imagine getting in the plane at sti and in 2 hrs and 45 min later we are landing in atl. Wow, too good to be true. So lets not talk about it. I don't want a bad eye falling on this route.

Delta Airlines will reengage services from New York to Santiago, Santo Domingo to one weekly flights on December 13 and its official cause Delta Loads those flights on its schedules.

Delta is considered also flying New York-Puerto Plata and Atlanta-Samana.

Atlanta to Santiago begins Dec 20th 737-800 service daily departing at 1025am.
ATL-Pto Plata 1105am (resumes Nov 1) saturday service then daily in Dec (B757).
ATL-Punta Cana twice daily 1025am and 1130am (MD88)
ATL-Sto Dgo 1030am (B757)

Also JFK SDQ and JFK STI will resume saturday only service beginning 13Dec.

I haven't seen Latino2002 in quite a while. LATINO2002 where are you???

You can check Delta.com for flight schedules.

lol yes please, i came back on Delta yesterday and i looooved it, they are great!!! i don't know but the airplanes feel so sturdy, lol.....and the staff very friendly......Dominican oriented, i like that......but they announced that they were discontinuing the flights to STI from JFk in September, boohoo. They suggested we go online to comment and request it back.

What ccarabella is asking just to see a post from him.

Latino2002 was a MAYOR building block for the STI Delta team that works right now at STI. He spent over 2 weeks here at the beginning of JFK-STI-JFK in May 2002 ironing out all the wrinkles that all start up ops have.

So... this thread is or should be of significance to him since he damn near build Delta's STI Station.

I met latino2002 in sti counter when he was setting it all up. A great guy and a true asset to delta team.
