You can go to Paris roundtrip from SDQ or PUJ for RD$10,000 to 15,000 with Air France in September, including all fees and taxes.
That is US$300 to US$450

I just flew in 3 weeks ago with Jetairfly to Brussels for $349,00 Euros round trip including taxes and fees.

Not true. With taxes and fees your RD$ 10,000 comes to over RD$ 40,000. I just tried to book.
