Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Canadian immigration. I have a Dominican Girlfriend that is living and working in The Turks and Caicos Islands where we met. I lived there with her for the past year and now i am back in Canada.
I want her to visit and she requires a visa..any idea's the best way. I was told that it would be better to see an immigration lawyer? Thanks everyone in advance for your help.

We mostly deal with Dominicans getting a visa to Canada so we know very little about the Turks and Caicos Islands.

But you can check out this Visiting Canada

I would not waste money on a lawyer for a visitor visa

If she's a naturalized citizen of Turks and Caicos Islands, she doesn't need a visa. If she doesn't have any legal status there, she'd have to apply from the DR.
