The RE company seems to be Russia based and specialized in foreign RE which they pitch to customers in Russia (Russians).
They don't even have an English version of their page... so they don't really seem to cater to non-Russian prospects out of their country.

No commission. People showed me these pictures and asked my opinion - I said I do not know what it is.
