looking for private teacher

we are looking for a private teacher to prepare our son for toefl exams. fix monthly payments
or does anybody know of a school / university which offers toefl courses?

we are located on the north coast, but our son would also be flexible to move,
if a qualified and kind teacher would be found somewhere else.
abuela, our son is doing online toefl courses with great success. but as you surely
know that teenagers put preferences on their daily activities and studying is usually
at the end of the priority list. he would need a good toefl score to be accepted at
an university outside of the DR. also i find these toefl exercises are great preparation
for the English language.
