I want to know if the flags of the Dominican provinces on wikipedia are correct, because I suspect that they're invented by the author, some guy that just goes by the name of " Carlos".
they've changed alot in a short time. On march,2008, they were one way, but then now in november, they are different. These are the differences.

Dajabon
Independencia
La altagracia
Maria Trinidad Sanchez
Monse?or Nouel
Pedernales
Sanchez Ramires
San Cristobal
San Jose de Ocoa
All have the coats of arms on them now, before in March they didn't have any.
Other flags have change entirely, such as
Azua
La Vega
Valverde
The flag of the Distrito Nacional. This guy had this one on March,2008.
Now, he has this one:
He also said that the Castle in La Romana province flag represents Altos De Chavon, but that castle is an exact replica of the castle in the Balearic Islands flag of Spain!
please, Pichardo, somebody that knows about flags, can you make clear what flags truly belong to the provinces?
