Hi,
Where I can find info about average annual hotels fill in?

What I keep in mind... for example... HotelName has 100 2-persons rooms. In the past year was 25000 days reservations. So the "average annual hotels fill in" was: 25000 / (100*365) = 0.68, i.e. 68%.

Sorry if my English was not good for describing what I want to know. :)

I believe what you are looking for is called the Occupancy Rate (in English) and monthly statistics from the hotel and restaurant association, ASONAHORES, may be found here (my Spanish isn't great so apologies if this is off a bit):
