I think I stayed in the same room ha ha ha..

That hotel reminds me how absent minded I can be....went to check in and only had my dominican wallet...hardly any money and zero credit cards....

had to call a friend to borrow enough cash for the hotel and the baseball game we wanted to go to.. ha ha ha......the hotel is very plain jain and basic and i wouldnt call the "casino" a real casino...besides it was closed by 10 pm !! ha ha ha

the Malecon can trick you, it looks so nice and wide and hardly any traffic ha ha ha ..if only all the roads in Santo Domingo were so easy to drive ha ha ha..

you need to walk around with that cam corder. take a stroll on the conde next time and film everyone ha ha ha

Thanks for the video, Kidd. But I agree with bob, your stuff is a bit monotonous, and could use some serious pep. Take lots of shots of lots of different places and more important, people. Edit them together using short edits (no more than 7 seconds, which is an eternity in making videos). You've got a lot of material, but it's all raw, unedited footage. Which is kinda boring.

If you really want to make videos, then MAKE VIDEOS. You're into hip hop; watch some videos, get a sense of the pacing, quick cuts, and use of people and position, and try it yourself.

It'll result in a better video, and you'll gain more skills - and fans.

Good luck,

First of all thanks for all the comments but im no steven spielberg lol and im always on the go in dr ... i was there for only a day and the most i can put on youtube is ten minutes ...i do short videos not documentaries

in order to do massive editing on a film i need a lot of material ... i recorded a video with people around which is "dr festuval in washington heights"

not to mention i posted a video of a halloween party and ski trip that was deleted (which i understand since it wasn't dr related but did have merengue in it)

plus its not always good to record people because people dont like being on film unless they know you ... i record short films 10 minutes or less

i dont do videos to become film director i do it because i love doing it and certain people like it ... it all started with me doing one video on myspace and people liked it so much that i decided to release more on myspaceand then places like facebook, youtube and other sites

drob i show my skills in all my videos and im a nobody with well over 100,000 views on youtube

different videos different skills shown and the average man doesnt know how to do it and i'm using a basic program but check the comments on youtube and you will see

but thanks !
