Everything I've read and found so far on the internet about sankies has been about resort workers. Aren't there those who meet people online? What are the differences if any with the internet sankies?

Sankies,gigalos, scam artists, users, can be found anywhere, any country and with high tech you'll find more and more on the internet as well. Copy/paste same words to a few at the same time. What a deal! ;)

To answer the question - no difference.

Here is a thought... since all these ladies/men visiting the resorts and falling in love are probably buying these guys/ladies laptops to be able to correspond with them all the time, these resort workers are probably a good percentage of the internet sankies!
