I need to ship a package to a PO Box in the USA from the DR, but Fed Ex & UPS are no.

The United States Post Office where people can rent PO Boxes do no accept packages from UPS or Fed Ex. I sent a postcard from the DR to the USA, it took nearly two months for it to arrive in the USA. There must be a quicker way of getting a package to a PO Box in the USA using the Dominican postal system if Fed Ex and UPS will not ship to PO Boxes in the USA.

You know I find it strange. When I send my brother letters from here they get there in about 5-7 days. But to recieve mail it can take 10-30 days. I always go to the main branch here in the capital. Of course send it first class.

Dominican Postal Service (INPOSDOM) has EPS service, which is less expensive than Fedex, and delivers in 2 business days. They hand over to USPS in the US. It's trackable as well.
