Any suggestions on the best place to pick up a pre-paid GSM cellphone in Puerto Plata? One that can be activated immediately.

Side note: We're going to be in the DR for only three months, but would like to carry our own cellphone. Any suggestions on a better way to do this than buying a prepaid?
