I have a friend that's coming to Santiago, she's Japanese. Is there anything over there that's of Japanese culture? a club, restaurant, anything...?

Muse, I?m not too familiar with Santiago, perhaps some of our Santiago residents, AZB, Chip etc? could help.

Given that you are posting under this topic ?Men from mars??? I could guarantee that your Japanese friend will be referred as ?china? or chinita?, make sure you prepare her for this, since Dominicans see any foreigners of Asian origin as Chinese.

Yes, I was aware of that, I think it's normal I suppose, thanks for your help though.

Any Santiago residents that know, I would really appreciate it.
