IPTV HelpIPN430MC

I recently subscribed to IPTV through CLARO. The installation was great. The installers did a very professional job with the hardware. They were about to leave when I asked them for the users manual for the IPN430MC DVR. I was politely informed they did not have one and good luck playing with my new DVR. I went down to Claro and they too informed me that they did not have a manual. I know service has been available much longer in Santo Domingo so is there anyone in the country that knows where I can get a users manual for the DVR? I looked on the Cisco site but they do not have a download for this manual and when I sent them an email they promptly told me to contact my service provider. I would really appriciate any help I can get in obtaining a manual.

Thanks but this is the installation manual. It does not tell you how to use the manual. I found this on the Cisco site as well and figured i had found what I needed but was dissapointed to find nothing about the use. Thanks a million,
