Hi! I have had this conversation here and there with males and females alike about whether they believe that watching porn or going to a strip joint is considered cheating. Now, it seems to me like usually the female is more likely to believe that it is cheating more than the male does. What do you guys think? If a man already has his woman and he decideds to watch an adult flick here and there..would you consider that cheating? Please, be serious about the subject otherwise don't bother to post. I think this can turn out to be a very interesting thread.....

Everyone will have a different point of view.
If the women truly understand men, they will know that is part of being a man for most of us.

For Instance:

The women always say, "Put the seat down when done".

I say to the women, "Put the seat back up when done".

watching porn is not cheating , however if a man is watching porn most nights til the wee hours, would prefer masturbating to porn, needs to have porn on in the background while having intercourse, then yes there is a problem.

but sitting at the computer or DVD once in a while is no big deal.
Heck I do it myself.

as far as strip clubs I have never understood the allure, I personally don't consider it cheating just kinda juvenile and maybe a bit pathetic

No thats not cheating, and no- and i have no problem if my wife wants to see some porn on the TV.

But people are different, what is normal in some homes- could be a reason for a divorce in others. Its all about what life you have with your lifepartner. If you cant trust the other part enough to let them watch what they want on the TV, then your better off living in your cave alone.

No it's not cheating to watch videos or going to strip clubs. I actually think women feel less threatened by it than men. Men would be quicker to judge and question their woman as to why she needed to be stimulated by anything but her man.
Women expect men to want constant stimulation from whatever source they can find.
It becomes a problem if it is excessive and the partner is compared to and treated less than the fantasy. It is also wrong if there is nothing but self gratification happening after being excited.

this made me laugh, its so true , especially some men with large attributes. They act like we should behold the glory and swoon or something

What I meant was stimulation from books, movies, strippers and such.....not from being with other women. Men are visual creatures by nature.

if I want to turn my guy on I would not disrobe in front of him, no I would send him out for a cigarette and let him watch me disrobe through the open window

Watching porn isn't cheating, but if you're watching it all the time and your wife is not getting any of your sexual attention, that's a problem.

As well, going to strip joints isn't cheating, but it depends on what you're doing at these joints.

Does Mrs. Defender think it is cheating? Are you hoping to amass some responses from more 'reasonable' women ;) ? Because I think you know that the women likely to respond here are going to say 'no it isn't cheating'. The others are likely to keep quiet.

Or maybe, alternatively, this is a study as to whether Dominican and expat women are less uptight about this sort of thing............? :) That was to get some DR content into the question..........

As far as I have seen it among Dominican couples: Watching porn movies is not considered cheating and actually many couples do it together
Going to a strip joint - some women may frown upon it when their partners tell them openly they are going for a guys' ride to a strip join (because we know what many will end up doing there) ... but again, if the couple goes together (especially to regular drinking establishments that have saturday strip shows) there is absolutely no problem...
