I need a good attorney in Sosua

I'm planning to buy property in El Batey and I need a good lawyer to help with the title work and other legal related issues.

The property is on Pedro Clisente, right next door to La Pasion. There is a blue container on the property that functions as a little shop and there is a small house behind it, where a family lives. Well, I have been talking to one of the owners to purchase this property. Does anybody know anything on regards to this place?

Joel Carlo is an excellent lawyer. He's on the 2nd floor in the building where Western Union is.
