are there actually any manatees at manatee park?

DR1, you're just kidding this person aren't you? I would be disappointed if there were no manatees or dolphins at this National Park of the East, called Manatee Park? Hopefully you're just making this question seem stupid as well as the person who just asked it.

There are dolphins and you can swim with them, but as far as we know, and unless they arrived recently, there are no manatees at the Manatee Park. There is one at the National Aquarium in Santo Domingo, but info we have is that you need special permission to see the manatee.

Do you know of any places where people can snorkle and see manatees in the wild?
