I'm planning a 4 day trip thru the Peninsula next month. Flying into SD, driving to Coson (LT). Staying at the Peninsula House Fri and Sat and then up in the air as to what to do/ where to go... Maybe a trip around the point to Samana to watch the whales and work my way back to SD on Tues.... Any suggestions for sunday and monday excursions and accomodations. Looking for top drawer hotels/cottages but with the local flavor.... Thanks for any advice.. Also, any input for good restaurants and watering holes in LT.
