Hi there,

Last summer i was at the local Riu hotels in Punta Cana, and my girl liked one particular song very much, but... we can't find it anywhere, and we don't have a title / performer. Maybe someone here can help us..

it sounds like cumbia which is like a slow version of merengue. there is a song by Sonido Cristal Por Amarte Asi:

there is also a group La Onda (mexican i think) who's song is Asi asi asi.

that's my guess....

already heard like a thousand songs which are called "asi asi" but not yet

I just came back from the Riu in Puerto Plata and bought the CD of the songs that they use at the resorts, went through all the tracks and couldn't find it on there....but do have many others that bring back memories! Just thought I would let you know that it isn't on the CD.

I think a call to the DR would cost me more then buying 10 cd's
